After deliberating briefly about this year La Cosa Nostra 5 families rotation, aside the fixed families, Gottis in Nevada, and Bonannos with the 2 airports, I propose that the Lucchese family to take over Philly, in order to enable the Lucianos to claim Florida, and satisfy the desire of the Colombos to move into the DC administration, if I could say so.
I admire a lot the Lucchese family, and I respect their influence, which sparked under their watch the removal of Frank Cali in 2018, and after 5 years, their veto coincided fortunately with another significant departure from among the living ones.
I am confident that the Lucchese will reignite the core values of La Cosa Nostra, and appreciate our new rotation algorithm, and break an undesired vicious deadlock of impossible swaps between Lucianos and the Colombos, or the Colombos with the very same Lucchese.
I empower my Colombo Consigliere, sir MF, to negotiate these mandates take over, to be carried out smooth, clean, swift and with no major troubles, and I am confident that by mid May, our Colombos will commence move things around in DC.
