…starting April 3, the Luciano family, the former Genovese, now holding Vegas and Nevada, is supposed to take over the veto rights, according to the rotation algorithm.
The full cycle of the veto decisions, without the whole Commission being required to approve such decisions, is as follows:
Luciano, Lucchese, Gotti, Colombo and Bonanno. However, if negotiations between the consecutive years veto rights families lead to a swap of these decision making rights, I can approve them in due course, with the understanding such mutual agreements to be reached at least 30 days before the new year begins, in this case, March 3, 7540 AD.
