From April 3 7544 AD, based on the sanctioned rules and protocols of the Commission, in this case, the rotation, the veto for critical decisions will be passed on from the Gotti family, to the Colombo family, for 1 year.
Which I temporarily still rule, but for the first time in the history of La Cosa Nostra, the future Boss of the Colombos will be elected, in a democratic way. No more blood shed, no more nobodies trying to be somebodies dying, no more plots.
I reckon that these elections for the new Boss of the Colombo family will be held in the next 3 years, and will be part of a broader package of measures, moves and counter feds moves, to make La Cosa Nostra fully legitimate, and if I may dare to think so, legal.
Which was not envisioned by the afore founders of the Commission, like Lucky Luciano. The shift has already been declared, or made, from dirty and immoral activities like drugs traffic, to corporate mentality activities, and white collar financial funds raising.
On the other hand, the rotation system of the 5 Families, from the get-go, and the financial-wise exploitation of nationwide money resources, between Families, was justified by the mere fact that NY is jammed, crammed, craggy and saturated, and offers no more perspectives of Commission growth.
But now, even the country seems to have been voided of business real opportunities, so the next priority will be global expansion of La Cosa Nostra. The next best logic environment is, of course, my beloved Canada, but with the paranoid dump-trump-duck apprentice of the last antichrist, caught in crosshairs would not be an option, and the agitative turbulence may require clear mind stratification of the business environment, which may take time.
The suicidal trump-duck is doing much more damage than expected, the dump-trump syndrome is turning real opportunities into fictitious economic and financial paranoid disorder, and even if only temporary, until everybody will realize trump-duck belongs in a psychiatric ward, things will bet worse before they get better.
So global expansion is a real option to explore, like returning to the italian roots of La Cosa Nostra, effectively, or cooperating with alike corporations, like those in Japan, if Yakuza has not met its demise yet. My Colombo Consigliere can do Japan as well, as high-tech, IT, cryptos and other like-minded japanese counterpart activities must be incorporated into our new global strategy.
Our core values are not incidentally compatible, and our goals of becoming fully legitimate should if not must, go through Japan.
This new strategy will be elaborated and implemented by the Commission, will eliminate any infighting which have wrecked so bad our backbone, and will revamp the whole concept of La Cosa Nostra, so from having an always on the run and defensive mentality, an independent, business trend setting and offensive approach, with a classic corporate chart, turning the Commission into a role model for all the other businesses in the world.
The rotation system of the business fields is likely not to be changed, with a motion proposed by the Bonanno family to extend their operations in Hollywood, which if approved, it means they will not act alone, but under the supervision of the Colombo family, holding the veto decision-making next Julian Calendar year, starting at April 3.
Last but not the least, in order to forge more flexibility and inflict some dynamic movement on the ground, has been proposed that the number of the soldiers will be reduced, by up to 35%, the Caporegime will have increased jurisdiction, and assimilate more responsibilities, the status of the so called Active bosses will be reinvented, and virtually eliminated, so that a Family can become more articulated, and the under Bosses cannot oversee more than 3 Caporegime.
Will be issued strong recommendations that those in charge of the Families will get brief degrees, of any kind, and italian language may become mandatory for virtually all the members of a Family, from the Boss, to the last recruited soldier.
We also take into consideration an upgrade of our latent relationship with CIA, in order to bypass the feds, and have the Bosses, the under Bosses and the Consiglieri, have their own businesses and LLCs.
All these matters will be discussed and debated in the next 2-3 months, which will result in Amendment being made to our Constitution.
