Today, with greater humility in the Holy Spirit, i would try to address the theme or the Saint to whom is dedicated this Sunday of the Great Lent, Saint John Climax and his quintessential book, the Ladder of the Divine Ascent.
Mi ricordo benissimo, due anni fa, quando stavo sempre in Germania, questa benedetta Domenica della Grande Quaresima. I was in Kevelaer, and I got a post card with the icon of the Ladder of Saint Climax, which original can be found at Mount Sinai. I got the card from that romanian/bulgarian church, which afterwards, have posted on their arian church door, e hanno festeggiato insieme con il diavolo, the third faggets westereaster on April 23, unprecedented, after the catholics have done that on April 9, when the suicidal afghani strangled me in Kevelaer, the greek heterodox heretical mummies on April 16, and probably with them other heterodox mummies…And then, and ever since, hell on Earth…
I left the postal card back in Kevelaer, but today, God’s will, I witness again, in my life, the Sunday dedicated to Saint John Climax, and to his paramount book, the Ladder of the Divine Ascent. The book has 30 chapters, or rugs, in the climbing of the human Orthodox spirit, and like in the Icon, at the Monastery of Santa Caterina, at Mount Sinai, and like in that post card in Kevelaer, at the top of the Ladder is waiting Jesus Christ, with the arms opened, after the last step of the Ladder, the Love for God the Holy Trinity the Creator!…
The gist elevating grist logic of the Ladder book of Saint Climax is that almost unconditional, rugs cannot be skipped, but there are virtues, like the humility in the Holy Spirit, which can abort or help an Orthodox climber to make some leaps, and dodge the demons which, cunning animals, ferocious, twonk twerp ugly idiots and desperate, are pulling or trying to pull away from the Ladder leading to Jesus Christ, the Life, the Truth and the Path, some careless, ignorant or plain out evil worshippers, which may not be aware are on the wrong track, never orthodox, but deceived by a world in which the last antichrist was released from hell, at the end of times, we live in.
The basic genuine rugs of the Ladder must be acknowledged and even briefly accomplished, as the infinite Mercy of God the Creator will always tip the balance for the genuine seeker of the Truth, and the Path leading to the Eternal Life, and the Unoriginated and non-Created Kingdom of Heaven.
I would only, with even ever greater humility in the Holy Spirit, debrief some of the rugs, or recommendations of Saint Climax, with the clear understanding that a true Orthodox mind is required to separate, even amidst the skulduggery donnybrook devil worshipping turmoil we live in, reject all the forms of paganism, and aim firmly to Jesus Christ, during the Great Lent, otherwise don’t waste your time, the path leading to destruction and media devil worshipping is wide, you don’t even have to struggle to find it, watch the monothelite devil worshipping fake news with dead-putin and trump-duck, and you are in hell on Earth, already, warming up for the eternal hell…
First, Saint John Climax asserts it takes retreat, fighting the capital sins, including l’amour d’argent, cleansing the heart through vigil, Orthodox prayer and fast time, which eventually leads the true seeker of Christ to discern God’s will, and act accordingly, like Saint Basil the Great, recall the imminent death of the body, or to apply it, watch the dead-putin, and realize the photo negative of the last antichrist, trump-duck, is in hell right now, to raise self-awareness about the afterlife, try trudge on the cunningness and hypocrisy, try to obliterate anger, and be mild like a dove, don’t worship the stomach, mostly during the Great Lent, show mercy to those pitiful, and even you realize are on an upper step of the Ladder, through the abounding Divine Grace, but miss one basic rug behind you, fix it in due course, and fulfill what is missing, and even if would take years or lot of time to climb the Ladder of the Divine Ascent, but you can see Jesus Christ waiting on top of the Ladder, take your time and keep on climbing it, since only seeing God with your mind is a vouch safe of the end, and of fulfilling this course of the Ladder, and of your life…
The last rug of the Ladder is the Holy Orthodox Faith, the Hope, and the Love, which is the greatest of all virtues, since makes the mind, the heart, the soul and the spirit, affine, compatible and consubstantial with God the Love, and with His Kingdom of Heaven!!
Next Sunday of the Great Lent will be dedicated to Santa Mary of Egypt…
