I have decided to impose some sanctions, on unspecified european countries and institutions, first and foremost, on uefa. As well, some european officials, not french, of course, have been added on the same list, shameful and terrorist. Obviously, I am going to ban the rest of this european mockery, called uefa championship. What a disgrace!
