Just wanted to add in my diary that the islamic law doesn’t exist, is outlaw, nobody could be charged of anything based on some muslim hallucinations.
The only international accepted law is civil, or criminal, or commercial.
If Cecilia stole something from a shop, or shop-lifted in Teheran, if she has trespassed a private property, like I remember were those brits caught under Ahmadinejad, if I’m correct, if she has threatened to knife an iranian police officer, if she has defrauded somebody in Iran, something which can be proved, then yes, she could be charged of something substantial.
Otherwise, even if she wiped her cute little ass with the kuran, but did it in private, cannot be charged of anything.
But according to the principles of the orwellian double-think, the muslims and the niggers, once arrested, must have done something. Their animals evil worshipping pathetic lives must have committed some crimes, which they can confess, while under arrest, or evidence can be discovered during this time. The probability not to find a crime in their past, during the maximum 90 days arrest period, is only theoretical. Their muslim or niggers mind-crimes at a certain point, leave no margin of error of real crimes they have committed in the past, which should only be uncovered, and justifies their imprisonment.
Is also a way to prevent crimes which they could commit, if not arrested, and only a new chapter in the global police pre-crime divisions. The muslims and the niggers are virtual criminals, they are already guilty, until proven otherwise.
As for the indians, the rehab centers are for their own protection, to defend the indians from themselves, Orwell, who lived amidst them, has envisioned this in a brilliant way. The indians carry the suicide in their brains from their birth, rehab centers and suicide watch for indians, is only to cure their brains from delusion, deception, evil worshipping, and prevent the spread of their disease among humans.

As for somebody like Cecilia, unless real evidence of real crimes she may have committed is produced, during the maximum 90 days detention period, she must be released.
Double think is for humans, not for niggers, hindu or muslims, double think is for Orthodox, not for apes!
