I will preview hereby the most sensitive issues, decisions and resolutions which will be laid down throughout the Great Lent, to be communicated by the most appropriate official channels of WPC, WTP, through the Section of Constitutional Oversight, based in Jerusalem, and the Criminal Section located in Tokyo, and by the Justices Panel of Jerusalem.
The decisions and resolutions will be most of them mandatory, and I will mention which decisions will be only advisory, which will be the case for only few of these legal matters. Some of the resolutions will contain aspects which considering the complexity of the issue dealt with, will be mixed, part mandatory, and part advisory. Generally speaking, the 5 Justices Panel in Jerusalem does not issue mandatory resolutions, but where the case, these advisory resolutions will be turned into mandatory resolutions, through the enforcement approval of the WTP Sections. Even if I will miss some of these legal matters now, I will make them clear when the time will come. So…
- Scotland has been recognized as an independent and sovereign state, a temporary Republic, and their Parliament has until July 1st of 7544 AD, to ratify this decision, and formally proclaim their independence. Additional 6 months could be added on this constitutional grace-time, to evaluate the most proper constitutional draft, elections, etc.An immediate process of negotiations with EU has been launched for Scotland, and military support from WPC, PTF and US, in case of erratic retaliation from the jihadist terrorist regime of London. Scotland has the right to be christian, and cannot be forced into the islamic terrorism of England.
- The former united nations has been formally dissolved, effective immediately, mainly because they have failed to condemn the russian invasion of Ukraine.
- Technically, the war in Ukraine is yet to be declared over, since no clear winner or loser has been announced, and the terms of the peace, including territorial disputes, have not made the subject of a peace treaty. Yet, this is what WPC will draft, and will be announced public, and to both the parties involved, the russians and the ukrainians. Part of the peace treaty will be also consequences if one of the parties will break this peace treaty, and the peacekeeping forces, which cannot be of the former united nations anymore, but of PTF (Peace Task Force), a military operational ground/air force of WPC. Both parties must accept this new peacekeeping forces on their territory, unconditional.
- Israel has been declared the winner of the war in Gaza, and has been granted full and unconditional control of Gaza, which is now legally part of Israel. Any terrorist organizations operating in Gaza have been dismantled, after their formal capitulation. In order to prevent similar events in West Bank, Israel has been granted temporary administration of the territory for the next 10 years. Israel can administer at their discretion West Bank, and a warrant of arrest and preliminary prosecution has been issued for mahmoud abbas, which trial has now officially commenced, for aggravated acts and plotting of terrorist acts, against the state of Israel. WTP is recommending Israel to keep mahmoud abbas in detention, until his trial will be over. Any intention to claim a hallucinating existence of a palestinian state will be prosecuted. I review briefly hereby the capital 10 conditions for a state or republic to be recognized, if some arabs will meet up at least 8 of the 10 conditions, afterwards they can file with WPC a petition to be recognized as a sovereign state. For a state to be formally recognized, are required: a territory, a constitution, flag and national anthem, president or alleged monarch, government, prime-minister, parliament, courts and justice system, an official language and defense military forces.
- An official trial has been kicked off against the alleged PM of England, for domestic terrorism, political and jihadist espionage, knowingly plotting against the constitutional order of England, islamic espionage against various EU countries, islamic espionage against US, through various agents of LEAs in US, like the FBI, illegal occupation of EU soil, in this case, Cyprus, and other acts os islamic terrorism. In these regards, the WTP Criminal Section in Tokyo has received a signed petition from the british (England) conservatives, and from other parties in England, requesting explicitly to launch legal proceedings against the alleged PM of England.
- Any decision regarding the fate of Julian Assange has been declared null and void, is entirely up to CIA and US to follow-up with his trial. I agree, Assange is mentally deranged and has been diagnosed while in prison with ‘paranoia of first degree and aggravated suicidal tendencies’, his incarceration is not recommended, but has been clearly manifested jihadist hatred against the US, and was probably the turning point after which US and the british (english and welsh), have become official enemies. A decision will be made in his regards as well, I recommend clemency, his brains are completely rotten and invaded by islamic suicidal tendencies and palestinian hallucinations. As far as I’m concerned, any future cooperation with the CIA depends if the FBI would like to clarify the letter, my letter to the OIG of the CIA, if they still want to continue to sabotage CIA field operatives, like the feds have been doing quite systematically, and would be only based on freelancing grounds, for specific projects.
- Assad must be returned to Syria unconditionally, and will be granted immunity from death sentence, like it happened in the trial of Saddam Hussein. However, based on the top priorities of WPC and WTP, Russia can become our ally, in the ongoing war against England and Wales. No immediate prosecution will be sought out against the russian president, which is encouraged to step down, and admit defeat in the war in Ukraine.
- Based on the same principles of prioritizing our goals and objectives, the detention of the president of Venezuela will not be challenged by WTP or WPC, minding that the british jihadist terrorist regime of London, is doing quite a lot of illegal detentions, mainly at the border between England and France. If a trial will be launched against the president of Venezuela, by WTP, the eventual decision must be ratified by the Supreme Court of Venezuela. For now, the VP of Venezuela can serve as Acting President, until further notice, but WPC is strongly recommending that if somebody from the opposition of Venezuela would dare to set foot in Venezuela, to be immediately arrested and prosecuted. As well, WPC is advising Venezuela to secure the oil fields, with matching military forces, eventually to request their classic allies, the russians and the chinese, for supplementary ground forces, to prevent attacks of the oil fields of Venezuela, which are obviously natural resources. WPC can grant on case-to-case bases, rights to drill of US energy companies, only after the price of BTC will be adjusted to 65.000 USD, eliminate the inflation on the cryptocurrencies, based on the grounds of the real interest rate on crypto deposits, allow or forcefully eliminate those crypto mining farms which are not competitive, kept in play only by the BTC inflation, and reset the crypto trading, on inflation-free grounds, and based on the policy of economic truth. Many crypto mining farms are artificially operating, fueled by the inflation rate of the BTC, and should have stopped operating long time ago, based on the free market rules, and the halved incentives for mining cryptos. - The general elections in Romania have been declared null and void, as those were not free elections, and the constitution of Romania has been suspended indefinite. Unfortunately, this EU country has returned to communism, after 35 years of relative democracy. The ghost of their communist past, Securitatea, has returned in full swing, and has forged yet another trial against the presumptive winner of their elections, mr. Calin G. Securitatea which still exists today, has a clear motto, that the communism would not be evil, but it was only Ceausescu, the evil. The Securitatea nowadays cannot sleep at night, have literally nightmares, of plotting how to avenge the brief trial and execution of Nicolae Ceausescu, and his wife, in December of 1989. An unlimited string of forged trials was set-up by Securitatea, against prominent political figures after 1989, like that of that soccer club owner, to desperately try to brain wash clean, from the collective memory of Securitatea, the few hours trial against their mentor, Ceausescu. More than 85% of these forged trials are simply elucubrations and fabricated imagination of Securitatea, with forged or no evidence or legal grounds, which has been continuously plotting against the sovereignty of Romania, by turning against each other, the hungarians and the romanians, while claiming otherwise. Mostly the gypsies and hungarian gypsies minority against the white romanian majority, which has reached a climax by installing a puppet analphabet gypsy alleged president, which is matched by an even more incompetent alleged gypsy pm. With the wide support of NKVD 3, the former romanian constitutional court, which through a last act of democracy, exactly the opposite of all the acts of freedom and independence in history, has sealed the fate of Romania, returning probably for ever, the country back to the dark age of communism of Ceausescu, this time, to the ridiculous tyranny of some incompetent gypsies. They were mocking Ceausescu for being a bootmaker, but now they are ruled by a gypsy dictatorship, which are still doing agriculture with horses, which they bring on the top floor of their alleged government hqs. The tradition of fake trials set-up by Securitatea has started ever since a classic hungarian gypsy, Laura KC, has swallowed all the forged crap provided by the new Securitatea, indiscriminatory bringing to trial virtually everybody Securitatea commanded her to. A redneck hungarian gypsy with gypsies ancestry, Laura has served widely for the implementation of communist bolshevik prosecution, and thus the Securitatea has brought to the brink of civil and political war the hungarians in Transilvania, most of them gypsy hungarians, against the rest of the white romanians. The gypsy separatists alleged president and pm, will probably seal the deal of the hungarians gypsy separation, which was started by Laura KC, and finished off by the forged trial against the actual winner of the last elections, Calin G. The losers are the white romanians, the majority, back to communism, the winners are the retarded gypsies, led by Laura and Securitatea. WPC is not recognizing the political regime of Romania, but is not making any specific recommendations, in order to return to a democratic regime. Is tragic more than 1.100 people have died in 1989, for Romania to be a free country, but now, after 36 years, appears they have died for nothing. The new Securitatea nowadays has been declared a terrorist organization, with all the consequences, as they still keep strategic ties with Hezbollah, Iran, Syria and other arab countries, following the tradition set forth by their maker, Ceausescu. WPC is suggesting EU to impose sanctions on Romania, as their alleged president has declared himself as clear anti-EU, and to review some of the decisions of integration into EU. As well, various romanian diplomatic staff world wide have been declared persona-non-grata, and are invited to leave those countries. Another punitive measures against Romania will be taken into consideration, until free elections will be held again in Romania.
